Cartoony 2D Animation With Voice-Overs

I need a full-cycle 2D animation, 8–10 minutes long, in a vibrant cartoony style that matches the pacing and humour you see on the YouTube channels “Not Your Type” and “HardToonz.”
Here is what I expect from you:

• Script-to-screen production – idea polishing, storyboarding, character design, clean animation, sound design and final edit.
• Original voice-over in a Hindi / English mix. If you can record, direct and clean the track yourself, great; if you work with a trusted VO artist, that works too.
• Final master delivered in 1080p (preferably 4K ready), YouTube-optimised format, with separate audio stems and project files (After Effects, Toon Boom, TVPaint, or the software of your choice).

Acceptance criteria
– Visual style matches the lively, simplified look of the reference channels.
– Jokes and timing land naturally; no dead air beyond 2 seconds.
– Smooth lip-sync on all voiced lines.
– Background music and SFX mixed to broadcast-safe levels.
