Cartoonized Family Photos Children’s Book

I’m putting together a personalised board-book for my daughter and want our family photos turned into warm, playful illustrations that feel like the classic Karen Katz style found in toddler storybooks.

The job: take a little over ten high-resolution photos of my family and transform the full bodies—not just faces—into cohesive, colourful cartoon artwork. I’ll provide the reference shots and notes on outfits, skin tones and any small details that matter to my daughter (her favourite toy bunny makes a cameo in a few pictures). What I need back are print-ready PNGs or layered PSDs at 300 dpi so I can drop them straight into the layout.

Deliverables
• 10–15 finished illustrations, full body, consistent palette and line weight
• Transparent backgrounds plus a flattened version on white
• Two rounds of minor tweaks to make sure everyone looks just right

I’m aiming to finalise the book within the next couple of weeks, so once we kick off I’d like to see the first sample illustration quickly to lock in the style. Let me know your experience with children’s illustration, any similar work you’ve done, and your estimated timeframe for the whole set.
