Cartoonish Horror Animation for YouTube
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m producing a new YouTube series built around light-hearted yet genuinely spooky ghost stories. I already have the scripts and voice-overs; what I need now is a 2D animator who can translate them into fluid, cartoonish scenes that lean into classic “ghosts and spirits” horror while still feeling fun and binge-worthy for an online audience.
The style should balance exaggerated character moves, squash-and-stretch timing, and expressive facial acting with eerie lighting, drifting mist, and the occasional jump scare. I’m flexible on the exact palette—if you have a signature look that isn’t strictly dark or monochrome, show me; atmosphere matters more than any preset color rules.
For each episode (roughly five minutes), I’ll provide:
• the script and rough storyboard pages
• recorded dialogue and sound cues
• notes on key moments that need an extra chill or comedic beat
What I’ll need back from you:
• layered character and background animation, 1080p or higher, ready to drop into Premiere
• one export with audio synced, one clean export with transparency for future tweaks
• all project files (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, or your preferred software) so I can archive the work
