Cartoonish 2D Haunted Horror Animation

I’m producing a vector-based 2D horror short that runs a little longer than three minutes and plays out inside a creaky, candle-lit haunted house. The tone I’m after is spooky and suspenseful, yet the look stays firmly in the cartoonish realm—think clean vector lines, bold colour blocks, and exaggerated expressions that keep the terror entertaining rather than gruesome.

You’ll take the project from rough concept to final render: refining the animatic, bringing characters and background elements to life, adding atmospheric FX (flickering lights, drifting fog, subtle camera shakes), and delivering a polished master that flows smoothly with the soundtrack. Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom, or a comparable vector-friendly pipeline all work for me as long as the finished piece remains fully scalable.

• Loopable background elements or FX rendered separately for possible reuse
