Cartoonish Flip Book Animation

I'm looking for a flip book animation to be incorporated at the bottom of the pages for my A5 book.

The animation should feature:
- Two kids hugging, with one holding a balloon.
- As the pages turn, the kids separate and the balloon rises.
- Cartoonish art style.
- Black and white color scheme.
- No background, just the characters and balloon.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Animation skills, particularly in flip book style.
- Proficiency in cartoonish designs.
- Experience with black and white color schemes.
