Cartoon YouTube Shorts Animator
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m producing a series of vertical YouTube Shorts—each one a fast-paced, character-driven cartoon running between 15 and 30 seconds at the standard 9:16 aspect ratio. The script for the first short is ready, complete with dialogue cues, scene notes, and timing references; what I need now is a skilled 2D animator who can bring it to life with expressive character animation, snappy pacing, and a polished final render.
Here’s what the job involves:
• Translate my script into a full animation, designing or rigging any characters, props, and simple backgrounds necessary for the short.
• Keep the look playful and colourful in a classic cartoon style (think clean outlines, exaggerated poses, and lively facial expressions).
• Deliver the finished piece in 1080 × 1920 (vertical) MP4 plus the original project files so I can make minor edits or re-export in the future.
• Sync any character mouth movements to the provided voiceover track; sound effects and basic music stings are a bonus if you’re comfortable adding them.
You can use Toon Boom, Animate CC, Moho, or another 2D pipeline you prefer—as long as the final work is fluid and professional. I’m happy to give quick feedback on rough passes, so efficient communication is key. If this first short clicks, I plan to commission more in the same series.
