Cartoon Storytelling Animation Needed

I want to bring an original story to life through a 2-D cartoon animation. The end goal is an entertaining, narrative-driven video—think light-hearted, colourful and character-focused—that can captivate viewers from the first frame to the last.

Because I don’t yet have a script or storyboard, I’m looking for someone who can guide the creative process from concept through final export. You’ll help shape the plot, develop memorable characters, craft a storyboard, and then animate everything in a smooth, engaging style. If you’re comfortable suggesting pacing, camera moves, and punchy comedic timing, even better.

Along the way I’ll need:

• Concept development, scriptwriting and polished storyboard
• Character, prop and background design in a consistent cartoon style
• Full animation and compositing (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, or your preferred tool)
• Basic sound design—voiceover direction, music, and effects—to match the visuals
• Final delivery in 1080p (or higher if feasible), ready for online distribution

Acceptance criteria
1. Script and storyboard approved by me before animation begins.
2. Two main review rounds: animatic and full-colour draft.
3. Final video meets agreed length, maintains on-model character consistency, and plays without artefacts.
