Cartoon Short Clip Animation
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m putting together a light-hearted, fully 2D cartoon short for pure entertainment and need an animator who can take the project from blank page to final render. The clip will be only a few minutes long, but I want it bursting with personality, expressive poses and snappy timing.
Because no characters exist yet, the first step is developing appealing designs that fit the story beats I’ll share with you. Once we lock those down, you’ll handle the complete animation pipeline—roughs, clean-ups, colour, simple backgrounds and final compositing. I’m happy for you to use whichever tools you’re fastest in (Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, etc.); the only requirement is that the final output be delivered in 1080p H.264 and that I receive the project source files.
Deliverables
• Character model sheets (front, side, 3-quarter, expression set)
• Final coloured and synced 2D animation clip (≈1–3 min)
• All working files and assets, neatly organised
I’ll provide the script, reference clips for pacing, and any needed VO or music once the storyboard phase begins. My timeline is flexible but I’d like to see first passes on character concepts within two weeks of contract start.
