Cartoon Shirt Design

I am Desigining 2 shirts and need help to perfect the rough sketches I have made.
1. More of a simple back of shirt design with large letters - will give upon finding of freelancer
2. I need a cartoon-style art design for the back of a shirt. I'm looking for a creative and skilled artist who can deliver high-quality work quickly.
Requirements:
