2D Cartoon Music Video Animation

I'm looking for a talented 2D animator to create an emotional cartoon music video aimed at teenagers.
Key Requirements:
- 2D animation expertise
- Experience in creating content for a teenage audience
- Ability to convey deep emotions through animation
Im looking forna long term partner to leverage a song catalog i have via the vehicle of a cartoon. It will be a story containing multiple characters many of whom will be musicians and singers. The story is undecided because i want the input and artistic flate you have to be invested long term in a project that can only be lucrative. Im a songwriter and have a catalog a little of which is on SoundCloud for your perusal. If you want to go ahead with this project, it would be under the provisor that you are happy with 49% royalties. I want this to work hence the percentage.
