Cartoon DJ Logo Animation

I'm looking for a creative animator to turn my DJing logo into a 1-minute cartoon-style video loop. This loop will play in the background during my DJ sets.
Requirements:
- Animation of my DJing logo
- Cartoon art style
- 1-minute duration
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in animation software
- Experience with cartoon-style animations
- Ability to create engaging, seamless video loops
- Want the loop to consist of my monkey logo in a suit smoking on a wall then walking up the street looping back to smoking leaning on a wall again. And along the wall has my DJing name and instagram.
