Cartoon E-Learning 2D Animation

I’m producing a new series of short e-learning videos that teach core educational subjects to children, and I need a skilled 2D animator who works comfortably in Adobe Animate CC. The look I’m after is lively, cartoon-style animation that can hold the attention of young learners while clearly illustrating the lesson at hand.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
• I provide the voice-over script and rough storyboard for each lesson.
• You handle all character posing, scene animation, lip-sync, and simple motion graphics directly in Animate CC.
• Finished videos should be delivered in HD (1080p), with separate exported assets if needed for future edits.
To keep everything on schedule, we’ll review an animatic first, then proceed to final color and polish. Consistent communication, adherence to the storyboard, and kid-friendly visual flair are the keys to success.
