Cartoon Illustrations for Ages 8-12

I’m wrapping up a children’s chapter book for readers aged 8–12 and now need a lively set of cartoon-style illustrations to bring each scene to life. The project calls for more than 20 full-colour images—mostly action shots, character moments, and a few atmospheric spreads that match the pacing of the story.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Style: Bold, expressive cartoon work with clean line art, dynamic poses, and enough detail to satisfy older kids without feeling overly realistic.
• Quantity & Scope: At least 22 pieces, with the exact count finalised once we review the manuscript together. Each illustration should be delivered in high-resolution PNG (minimum 300 dpi) suitable for both print and e-book layouts.
• Process: We’ll agree on rough thumbnails first, move to refined sketches, and then final colour. I’ll provide chapter briefs, key character descriptions, and palette references. Two rounds of revisions at each stage will keep us aligned.
• Tools: Whether you work in Procreate, Photoshop, or Illustrator is up to you—just be able to supply layered source files for my design team.

Acceptance criteria
1. Illustrations match agreed thumbnails and colour palette.
2. Final files meet 6"×9" trim size with bleed, 300 dpi, CMYK.
3. All characters remain on-model throughout the set.
4. Delivery is on or before the mutually set deadline.
