Cartoon Fantasy Puppet Creation

I have a reference image of a fantasy creature and I want it transformed into a fully-rigged, cartoonish puppet file. So your job is to translate every visible element into clean layered artwork and rig it so the character is ready for animation straight away.

Please keep the style fun and exaggerated, matching the image’s proportions while making sure each moving part (head, limbs, facial features, wings, tail) is on its own layer and properly named. I plan to drop the finished file straight into Adobe Character Animator, so the usual mouth shapes, eye blinks, and drag handles should be set up. If you prefer a different program that exports a compatible .puppet file, let me know first.

Deliverable: a single, fully-rigged puppet file along with the layered source artwork. Once I approve a low-resolution preview, you can supply the final high-res version for sign-off.
