Cartoon Entertainment Video Production

I’m producing a short, cartoon-style animated video purely for entertainment and want the entire creative pipeline handled from concept to final render.

The piece will require:
• Original character creation that fits a fun, light-hearted tone
• A catchy background score topped with an AI-generated voice track that syncs naturally to lip movements
• A custom logo/title card that bookends the story and feels fully integrated with the overall aesthetic

Any professional workflow is fine—After Effects, Blender, Toon Boom, Adobe Audition, ElevenLabs, etc.—as long as the final output is smooth 1080p (or higher) and ready for upload to social platforms.

Deliverables
1. 60–90-second cartoon animation in MP4
2. Source files for animation and characters (for future reuse)
3. Separate audio stems plus the mixed track with AI voice
4. High-resolution logo/title artwork (PNG + vector)
