Cartoon Entertainment 2D Animation Project

I’m putting together a short 2D animation purely for entertainment and I want it brought to life in a bright, cartoonish style. I’ll supply the storyline and any dialogue; what I need from you is the full visual treatment—character design, backgrounds, animation, and basic compositing.

The finished piece should feel lively, colourful, and playful, matching classic Saturday-morning energy while still looking crisp on today’s screens. If you handle sound effects or music, that’s a bonus, but the core priority is smooth, expressive animation that captures the humour and pacing in the script.

Please let me know:
• Your typical workflow (storyboard, animatic, final render, etc.)
• The software you prefer to use (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint or similar)
• Rough turnaround time for a minute of completed animation
• A few links to previous cartoon-style work you’ve done

Deliverables I expect:
1. Storyboard and/or animatic for approval
2. Final animation in 1080p MP4 (plus project files for future tweaks)
