I need a vibrant, cartoon-style 2D animation created purely for entertainment. The piece should be fun, visually engaging, and paced to keep viewers hooked from the first frame to the last. I will provide the core concept and a rough script; you will handle everything that brings it to life—storyboarding, character design, background art, frame-by-frame animation, basic sound effects, and final compositing.
Please work in whichever 2D tool you’re most comfortable with (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, or similar) as long as the end result is a crisp, high-resolution video and the editable source files. Smooth character motion, expressive facial acting, and lively color palettes are a must.
When we’re done, I’ll need:
• A rendered video file suitable for YouTube and social media
• All project files and assets neatly organized for future tweaks
