2D Cartoon Educational Animation

This project centers on producing a polished 2D cartoon-style animation that teaches adult learners a specific topic I will supply once we start. The tone should be friendly and engaging without feeling juvenile, striking the balance between clear instruction and visual appeal.
Scope
• Translate my written lesson outline into a concise storyboard.
• Design and animate original characters, backgrounds, and UI elements in a clean cartoon aesthetic.
• Sync on-screen action to the provided voice-over (or temporary scratch track if you prefer).
• Deliver the final video in 1080p MP4 along with layered source files (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, or After Effects are all fine).
Acceptance Criteria
• Animation runs the agreed-upon duration and covers every teaching point in the script.
• Smooth, consistent frame rate with no rough keyframes left visible.
• Colors and typography remain accessible for adult viewers.
• All licensing for any third-party assets is cleared and documented.
