Cartoon Comedy Series Production

I’m developing a new animated comedy show and need a partner who can turn a concept into a polished 10–20-minute episode. The humor should be front and center; the exact age bracket is still open, so imaginative, broadly appealing comedy is welcome.

Here’s what the first episode needs to cover:

• Craft a distinctive art style and cast of characters that play well in a light-hearted, joke-driven format.
• Complete pre-production (script touch-ups, storyboards, animatic), full animation in the toolset you know best—Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, Blender, or similar—and post-production (sound design, voice syncing, final composite).
• Deliver a master file in 1080p plus all editable project files so I can reuse assets for marketing and future episodes.

Acceptance criteria
1. Final runtime between 10 and 20 minutes with a clear comedic arc.
2. Smooth animation (24 fps or higher), balanced audio mix, and an .srt subtitle track.
3. Two feedback passes on the animatic and one on the fully rendered cut before sign-off.
