I’m working on a children’s storybook that needs a vibrant, cartoon-style visual identity from cover to closing page. I will supply the full manuscript and character notes; your task is to translate those words into roughly 20–30 engaging illustrations that capture both the main characters and the key moments of the plot.

Scope
• Character work: establish consistent designs, expressions, and color palettes for each protagonist and supporting figure.
• Scene work: illustrate pivotal locations and action sequences so young readers feel immersed in the world.

File requirements
• Full-resolution RGB files ready for print (CMYK references appreciated).
• Web-ready downsized copies for digital previews.
• Source files with layers preserved (PSD, Procreate, or vector) so minor text placement tweaks can be made before print.

Style guide
Bright colors, clean lines, playful proportions—think modern Saturday-morning animation rather than realism or watercolor washes. Maintaining uniform line weight and color harmony across every illustration is essential so the book feels cohesive from page to page.

Timeline
Once we agree on initial character sketches, I’d like to follow a simple milestone flow:
1. Rough thumbnails for layout approval.
2. Clean sketches.
3. Color finals delivered in two batches to keep feedback quick and focused.
