Cartoon Character Profile Artwork
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’d like a bespoke cartoon illustration that spotlights a single person-character and their Auslan sign name that I can proudly use as my Facebook profile image and later send to print on a T-shirt. The tone should be professional and instantly recognisable at thumbnail size yet crisp enough to scale up for apparel.
I will provide a photo of myself and also the Auslan letters that represent my Auslan sign name.
Here’s what I need from you:
• One full-colour cartoon rendering of a person (I’ll supply reference photos and a short note on personality traits once we start).
• Two final files: a square 1000×1000 px PNG/JPG optimised for Facebook and a high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) transparent-background PNG or vector suitable for T-shirt printing up to 12×12 inches.
• Simple colour palette with clean line work—no text, scenery or background elements beyond a subtle accent if it helps the character pop.
Acceptance criteria:
• Likeness clear and appealing at both sizes.
• Colours within standard CMYK/RGB ranges to avoid print surprises.
• Delivered ready to upload / send to print with no extra tweaking needed.
If you prefer Adobe Illustrator, Procreate or another tool, that’s fine—just keep layers intact in the master file in case small edits are required. Let me know roughly how many rough sketches you’ll share before finalising, along with your timeline, and I’ll get reference images across right away.
