Cartoon Character Facial Animation

I’ve got a finished 2-D character design and I’m ready to bring it to life with lively, cartoon-style talking and facial expressions. I already gathered precise video and image references that capture the character’s profile and mood I’m after, so you’ll be jumping in with a clear blueprint.

Here’s what I need:
• making the character talk (separate layer for mouth) in one or two different facial-expression
• Create a short moves scene
• Deliver layered source files (PSD) and either a transparent MOV or PNG sequence at 1080p.

Acceptance notes:
– Line weight, colors, and proportions must remain faithful to the original artwork.
