Cartoon Character Animation Needed

I’m developing an entertainment piece and need a lively 2-D cartoon character animation to bring it to life. The focus is pure character work—expressive poses, snappy timing, and a fun visual style that keeps viewers engaged from the first frame to the last.
I’ll supply the concept outline and any dialogue; you handle the full animation cycle. That includes rough thumbnails, an approved storyboard/animatic, clean-up, colouring, and final compositing into an HD file ready to publish. Whether you prefer Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or another professional tool is up to you—what matters is smooth motion, appealing design, and on-model consistency.
Please share examples of previous cartoon-style character work that show personality and solid acting. Once we agree on the storyboard, I expect regular progress previews so we can tweak timing or poses early, avoiding last-minute surprises. Final deliverables should include:
• Rendered HD video (1080p or higher)
• Editable project/source files
• Separate audio and animation layers if they exist
