Cartoon Character Animation Collaboration

Hello, I am looking for a 2D animator to work alongside for my university graduation project, which is a short film titled 'For Frederick'.

The premise is about an elderly man who sketches as a way to fill a void of loneliness. The animated aspects are representing those sketches coming to life on the page.

There's approximately 5 - 6 minutes of animated content to create, and in a short space of time, though the animation style is meant to be quite rough and simple (simplicating the serviette sketches) which could save some time.
