Cartoon Cat Spitting Out drink Animation

I’m after a snappy, hand-drawn loop of a cartoon cat taking a sip and then spraying the drink out in surprise. Keep it between 10 – 20 frames and make the motion lively and expressive—no AI generation or traced assets of any kind.

Please build the scene in Procreate if you can, or in a similar raster-based tool, and keep every element on its own layer. I’ll need the fully layered PSD so I can tweak colours and timing later, plus an exported GIF or MP4 for quick viewing.

The deadline is ASAP; I’d like to see an initial rough within a day or two and wrap the final not long after.

Deliverables
• 10–20-frame, fully coloured animation of the described action
• Layer-organised PSD (or Procreate file with PSD export)
• GIF or MP4 preview

Acceptance criteria: clean, original linework; smooth, readable motion; separate layers for cat, drink, splash, and background; files open perfectly in Photoshop CC.
