Cartoon Basset Hound Illustration

I need an artist to create a cartoon-style illustration of a basset hound. The illustration will not be used for prints, merchandise, or digital platforms, so flexibility in its application is appreciated.
We'd like to get make a color "sticker" of our family basset hound to put on the side of our aircraft. The art should represent "Missy" our basset, but be more of a cartoon character. Since she'll be placed on the side of our small plane include all her lovable wrinkles and ears flapping in the wind! Feel free to get creative and inspired and include her "flying" the aircraft, riding on a wing, etc if your creative desires wants. Or simply have her doing what she does best - sleeping... Attached is the aircraft she'll be placed on (red NX Cub). Also attached is something we sw that somewhat inspired the idea of including "Missy" on the plane.
