Cartoon Avatar Onboarding Videos
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a set of short onboarding scripts and need them brought to life as a series of brief, engaging videos. Each clip will star one of three cartoon-style avatars that should resemble real staff members whose photos I’ll supply. The on-screen delivery has to sound professional, friendly, and casual all at once—think “helpful co-worker” rather than stiff presenter.
What I’ll hand over to you:
• Final voice scripts
• Reference photos for each avatar
• Brand colours, logo files, and any scene notes
What I need in return:
• Three fully rigged cartoon avatars with accurate lip-sync
• Natural-sounding voice-over (AI or human, as long as it feels real)
• Custom digital backgrounds that suit each topic—no generic offices, please
• Edited MP4s (1080p) for every script, plus the editable project files
Acceptance criteria
– Avatars clearly resemble the photos in a cohesive cartoon style
– Speech is clear, warm, and matches the mixed tone requested
– Backgrounds are custom, on-brand, and licence-safe
– Final assets are plug-and-play for our LMS
