Cartoon 2D App Feature Demo
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m producing a kid-friendly mobile app and need a playful 2D animation that clearly walks young users through its key features. The look has to be unmistakably cartoonish—bright colours, rounded shapes, friendly characters—so children stay engaged while the functionality remains crystal clear.
You’ll receive wireframes, branding assets and a rough voice-over/script outline from me. From there I’m counting on you to handle storyboarding, character and UI animation, light sound design or music if you have rights-cleared tracks, and final compositing so the piece feels cohesive on a phone screen.
Deliverables
• Final HD/phone-ratio MP4 ready for in-app playback and store preview
• Short social clip (10–15 s) cut from the main file
• Source project files (After Effects, Toon Boom, Adobe Animate or similar) so I can tweak copy later
• Up to two revision passes
Acceptance criteria
The animation must follow our palette, show each step of the user journey exactly as laid out in the script, run smoothly on common iOS/Android devices, and resonate with children aged roughly 6–10 when we run a quick in-house test.
If you’ve created similar cartoon explainer pieces for kids’ products, please include a link—seeing your past work will help me move quickly on awarding the project.
