Cartoon Animation for Toddlers

I have a cheerful 2-D cartoon idea that needs to come to life for children aged 2-5. The goal is pure entertainment: bright colours, simple shapes, bouncy motion, and a light, fun storyline that keeps little viewers smiling and engaged from the first frame to the last.
The piece should feel playful—think clear expressions, exaggerated poses, and a rhythm that matches a toddler’s short attention span. Sound design matters too: gentle effects and upbeat music cues that never overpower the visuals but add to the excitement.
Any mainstream 2-D pipeline works for me—Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Moho, or a similar tool—as long as the final result is crisp and ready for HD streaming. Feel free to suggest techniques that speed up production while preserving quality, such as puppet rigs or limited frame animation where appropriate.
Deliverables
• 5 finished HD videos (1920×1080, 24 fps, MP4 or MOV)
• Source project files so future tweaks are possible
• Separate audio stems (dialogue, music, SFX) mixed and synced
