Cartoon 2D Animation for Entertainment

I’m putting together a short, light-hearted 2D cartoon and need an animator who can bring fun characters and vibrant worlds to life. The piece is purely for entertainment, so energy, timing, and charm are more important than strict corporate polish. I already have a rough script and character concepts; what I need now is someone who can translate those ideas into fluid, engaging animation—clean line-work, expressive poses, and lively backgrounds included.

The final deliverables I’m expecting are:
• A fully rendered HD video file (MP4 or MOV)
• The original project files (PSD/AI, layered timelines, etc.) so I can make small tweaks in the future

If you work in Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, or a similar 2D pipeline, that’s perfect, but I’m flexible as long as the output meets the requirements above. Sound design and basic effects would be a welcome bonus, though not mandatory.
