2D Cartoon Animation With Voiceover

I’ve already written the full script and now I want to see it jump off the page as a lively 2-D cartoon. The end product should feel character-driven and playful—more Saturday-morning animation than motion-graphics explainer or whiteboard sketch.

What I need you to take care of:
• Storyboard and visual style frames drawn from my script
• Full 2-D cartoon animation (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects—use whatever you’re fastest with)
• A professionally recorded and mixed voice-over that is perfectly synced to the visuals
• Final export in HD video format, ready to publish online

The flow will be simple: once the storyboard is approved you’ll animate, lay in the voice track, add light sound effects or music if you feel it helps, and deliver a polished master file.

If you’ve got a reel that shows character animation, smooth lip-sync and strong comedic timing, send it over along with a sample of the voice talent you’ll use.
