Budget: $10 – $70 AUD
I need a bright, playful 2D cartoon that runs between 30 seconds and one minute and is clearly aimed at young children. The visual tone should be colourful, simple and upbeat—think classic Saturday-morning TV rather than stylised anime or corporate explainer graphics.
Here’s what I have in mind: the core idea and rough story beats are ready; I now need someone who can turn that outline into a polished piece—handling everything from clean character designs and background layouts to smooth animation, basic sound effects and a final HD render suitable for web and social media. Feel free to work in Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or any other professional 2D pipeline you’re comfortable with, as long as you can supply the project files alongside the finished video.
Deliverables
• Storyboard and style frames for approval
• Full-colour 1080p (or higher) animation, 30–60 s in length
• Source files and exports in .mp4
