Cartoon 2D Animation Creation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m putting together a short, low-budget video and need a nimble animator who can take it from concept to final render. The final piece should be in a light-hearted cartoon style—think clean lines, bright colours, simple character designs, and playful motion. Because I don’t yet have a script or storyboard, I’ll count on you to help shape both: we’ll brainstorm the core message together, refine it into a concise script, then translate that into a clear storyboard before you head into production.
Here’s how I picture the flow:
• Pre-production: We hop on a quick call, nail down the narrative beats, agree on length (likely 30–60 seconds), and lock the storyboard.
• Production: You animate the scenes in your preferred 2D tool (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects with rigs—whatever keeps things efficient) and share rough cuts for feedback.
• Post: Add basic SFX and a royalty-free music bed, export to HD MP4, and deliver source files so I can tweak text or colours later if needed.
Given the limited budget, I value smart shortcuts: reusable assets, minimal but expressive character rigs, and streamlined feedback cycles. Turnaround is flexible within reason, but I’d like to wrap in about two weeks once we start.
