Cartoon 2D Animation in Animate
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a complete storyboard and fully-designed characters ready to go; what I need now is a lively, cartoonish 2D animation created entirely in Adobe Animate. The piece is pure entertainment for children, so the timing, expressions, and colours should feel playful, engaging, and easy for young viewers to follow.
Everything is already laid out scene-by-scene—camera moves, dialogue, and actions are annotated—so your focus will be on clean rigging (if needed), smooth tweening, and adding those fun secondary motions that make kids laugh. Sound effects and basic music beds are welcome, but if you prefer to work silent I can layer audio afterwards.
Deliverables
• Final 1080p MP4 ready for upload
• Tidy Animate (.fla) file with labelled layers and symbols
• Optional PNG or MOV sequence if you lean on a specific rendering workflow
Acceptance criteria
• Runtime matches the provided storyboard panels and cues
• Character proportions, colours, and facial features remain consistent with the supplied assets
• Motion is fluid and on-model; no visible rig breaks or jitter on loops
• All assets remain vector or high-resolution so I can scale for future episodes
