Cartoon Animation in Adobe Animate
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I’m putting together an entertainment-focused 2D cartoon and need an animator who works natively in Adobe Animate. The goal is a lively, character-driven piece that feels fun, polished, and ready to keep viewers engaged from the very first frame.
Here’s what I already know and need:
• Style: classic 2D cartoon—think expressive poses, snappy timing, and clear silhouettes.
• Platform: Adobe Animate (Animate CC), so all source .fla files as well as a rendered video file (H.264 MP4 or MOV) must come back to me.
• Length & assets: once we connect I’ll share the runtime, script, and any existing artwork; if additional character or background design is needed we can scope that together.
• Audio & sync: I’ll supply the voice track and music; you’ll handle lip-sync.
• We will put the project files together and complete the final render with sound design and music.
This is a Long-Term Project (10 Episodes between 25-30 minutes each).
