2D Bluey Art

I'm looking for a talented artist to create digital graphic wall art in a classic 2D cartoon style. The artwork should feature Bluey characters or themes, with a bright and vibrant color scheme. Background from Bluey, cartoon picture of a child with a diet coke doing cheers with Bluey, and bluey holding a tequila shot with a lime in it.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in classic 2D cartoon art
- Experience with cartoon characters, especially Bluey
