Apple Music Looping Animation

I’m looking for someone who can create an animated loop for Spotify Canvas and Apple Music Motion Artwork. The album artwork has been completed and has been added here.
The idea: a loop of autumn colored leaves falling in front of the artwork into a small pile (not covering the whole frame) then blowing off screen to the right. Trying to have leaves that are somewhat similar to what’s on the artwork.
