Anime Vocalist Lip-Sync Video

I have a four-minute track already released on Spotify, Amazon Music, and Apple Music. I need a single-shot close-up video of a male, heavy-metal-front-man character—drawn in a clean, modern-anime style—singing the song from start to finish. Think long hair, powerful stage presence, stormy night behind him, with occasional flashes of lightning that illuminate the scene while he lip-syncs perfectly to the vocal.

I will supply the audio file and any time-code reference you need. Your job is to animate (or motion-capture, if you prefer) the head, facial expressions, and mouth so the lyrics match frame-accurately, then composite the character over the stormy backdrop. One continuous shot is all that’s required; no camera cuts or extra scenes. Keep the final length exactly in sync with the track.

Deliverable: a high-quality video file (1080p or better, 24/30 fps) ready for me to drop into my editor. Feel free to work in Toon Boom, Blender, After Effects, Live2D, or whatever pipeline you’re comfortable with, as long as the finished render is clean and artifact-free.
