Anime Series Animation for 'The Man of the Night'

I’m creating a cinematic anime series called The Man of the Night, tied to my upcoming music release. This will be a 10-episode series (approx. 5 minutes each), and I will be doing the voice acting.
The story follows one night that turns supernatural — getting off work, walking through the city, entering a bar, meeting a woman, forming a connection, and discovering she’s not human. As the series progresses, it will include walking sequences and choreographed fight scenes, while keeping a strong cinematic and atmospheric tone.
Visual Style:
Dark, neon-lit retro 80s anime vibe. Noir nightlife energy. Smoke, rain, glowing signs, dramatic shadows, slow camera push-ins, strong close-ups, and emotional pacing tied closely to music.
Animation Requirements:
Consistent character design (no shifting faces or proportions)
Clean lip sync
Walking animation
Fight choreography
Smooth scene transitions
Atmospheric effects and compositing
Open to animators using After Effects, Toon Boom, Blender, or a similar professional workflow. AI-assisted tools are fine if used properly, but the final result must be cohesive, consistent, and fully controllable — no fully auto-generated or inconsistent scenes.
We will begin with a paid test scene, with potential to continue through the full 10-episode run if the style and workflow align.
