Anime Pilot Episode Animation
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I’m turning my original comic into a fully animated 20- to 30-minute pilot and need an experienced animator (or small team) to make it happen. The look I’m aiming for is distinctly Anime, though touches of a Cartoon or Invincible approach are welcome wherever they enhance the scene or action beats.
Here’s where the project currently stands: the script is locked and I’ve sketched a partial storyboard that covers major set pieces, key angles, and character poses. What’s left is tightening that storyboard, creating an animatic, and then moving through clean-up, in-betweens, color, backgrounds, compositing, and final polish until we have a broadcast-ready episode.
If you’re comfortable shepherding a project from rough boards to finished 1080p (or higher) render—and you have a reel that shows dynamic action, expressive character work, and solid timing—I’d love to see it. I’m open to either an hourly arrangement or a fixed fee within roughly AUD 500–1,000 for this first episode; payment milestones are negotiable once we lock the schedule.
Deliverables
• Expanded, finalized storyboard and timed animatic
• Fully colored, composited 20–30-minute pilot (H.264 or ProRes)
• All source files (layered PSD/Clip Studio, project files in Toon Boom, TVPaint, Spine, or whichever tool you use)
Once the pilot is complete, there’s room for an ongoing series, so think of this as the first chapter of a long-term collaboration. Show me your best Anime-style work and let’s bring these pages to life.
