Anime Dragon Music Animation

I need a skilled 2D animator to bring a dramatic, anime-style dragon to life in a short sequence that moves in perfect step with a supplied music track. The piece leans heavily on emotion rather than nonstop action, so every movement, flare of fire, or beat of wings should feel motivated by the score’s crescendos and the character’s inner struggle.

The dragon will speak a few brief lines; clean lip-sync and expressive mouth shapes are therefore part of the job. I will provide the final voice track, the background music in WAV, and a rough timing sheet that marks dialogue, key accents, and musical hits. From you I need polished storyboards, tight animatics, rough and clean animation, color, compositing, and a final 1080p (or higher) render with audio married.

You are free to work in Toon Boom Harmony, TVPaint, Adobe Animate, or any comparable 2D pipeline as long as layers or scene files come back in an organized manner. Subtle camera moves or parallax in After Effects are welcome if they enhance the drama without feeling over-produced.

Deliverables on approval milestones:
• PDF storyboard and synced animatic (with temp dialogue)
• Rough pass MP4 for motion and timing sign-off
• Cleaned, colored final animation with alpha-safe backgrounds
• Project source files and a final 24 fps video mastered with the provided music and dialogue
