Animator for 2D adult RPG game (Unity)

I'am assembling my team for a 2D Hentai RPG game. I need a person for the animations, someone who has the intention to work with perfection
Requirements:
- AnyPortrait (Asset for Unity) or alternative (with bone skeleton, "physics" auto animations with movement)
Things to do:
-Player animations like walk, run, pick up something, sleep, walk drunk, tumble
- Totally are 6 NPC, there need the adjustment and the integration in AnyPortrait (Unity)
- set up characters (PDS files) with there animations
- animations(explizit) with more than one character
