We’re JNM's - a small team of three creatives producing animated, comedic, commentary youtube videos that embrace a more casual, unscripted approach.
What do we Want?
We are seeking a talented animator to help create simple, 2D, cartoonish animations for our content.

How we work (and how we’ll support you)
In our workflow, animation is by far the most time-consuming task. Because of this, all of us have learned the ropes ourselves. This means:
* We’ll provide you with clear storyboards, corresponding audio, and reference animations for every scene.
* We’ll also include any additional assets you might need.
* We’re always available to offer help and feedback as needed.
How Much Are We Offering?
We currently offer two payment options, depending on your preference:
* Hourly Rate: €3.50 – €5.50 per hour
→ Based on quality, speed, and consistency
* Per Scene: €80 – €150 per 20-second scene
→ Final amount depends on the complexity of the scene

We’re building something long-term, and we’d love for you to grow with us. As the channel gains traction, so will your role — and your rate
