Animation based off a drawing

Looking for an animator to bring detailed black & white ink drawings to life with smooth 2D animation while keeping the original line art style. Each piece will have a short sequence of actions—like characters and objects moving naturally within the scene—and I’ll provide the exact motion breakdown per drawing. This is an ongoing project with many drawings, so I’m looking for someone reliable who can handle bulk work at a reasonable rate.
