2D Animation Video (6 Min.) with AI Support for Children's Book Project

We are looking for a talented 2D animator with experience in AI-assisted animation techniques to create a 6-minute animated video based on our existing children's book. The story revolves around a little ballerina and her dog and is already structured in the form of a storyboard and a mini-book with the scenes.
Project Scope:
Creation of a smooth, engaging 2D animation in the style of our storyboard
Use of AI tools to support the animation process (e.g., for optimizing movements or effects)
Integration of already existing characters and designs
Implementation of scenes according to the mini-book
Simple special effects to enhance the storytelling
Synchronization with existing or newly recorded voice-over
Requirements:
Experience in creating 2D animations (please provide a portfolio or references)
Knowledge of AI-assisted animation tools (e.g., Runway, EbSynth, or similar software)
Experience with storytelling and character animation
Ability to creatively convey atmosphere and emotions
Good communication skills & reliability
Nice-to-have:
Experience in children's book animation
Knowledge of sound design or music integration
German language skills are a plus but not required
Long-term Collaboration:This is the first story in a planned series, and we are looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration for future projects.
Project Timeline:The project should be completed within [timeframe, e.g., 4-6 weeks].
