2D Animation Frame by Frame / Anime Style for LoFi Channel

I'm seeking an animator skilled in producing traditional frame by frame 2D animation, to create a 30-second animation clip for my LoFi channel, with japanese anime aesthetics. The animation needs to be 30 seconds long, and it's part of a series of videos, so, it's a long term project.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with traditional 2D animation (Toon Boom, Procreate Dreams, etc)
- Prior experience in creating short animation clips
- Strong creativity and artistic skills
