Animated Wolf in Forest

I need an animated version of a static photo I've designed. The animation will be in GIF format.

Requirements:
- A wolf (already designed) should be depicted either walking or running.
- The forest background should also be dynamic, not static.
- I need the starting soon part at the top to be there as well. either take the background off that one and overlay it or create something similar

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in animation software
- Experience with GIF creation
- Ability to create realistic animal movement
- Background animation skills
