2D Animated Video for WhatsApp Marketing Agency

I run a WhatsApp marketing agency called Yafa Reach.
I offer a service called Direct Messaging, where I promote my clients' products through personalized WhatsApp messages.

What I need:
A 30–45 second 2D animation video that explains clearly and quickly how the service works:

We send a custom message to 100 real people on WhatsApp.

The message includes the client’s name or brand.

We charge $15 for every 100 people reached.

After sending, we share the list of numbers we contacted.

Video Requirements:
