Animated Tutorial Video Editing

I have a step-by-step tutorial that needs to be turned into a fully animated video. The audio narration and a detailed storyboard are ready; what I am missing is the polished motion graphics that bring each step to life.
The style is 100 % animation rather than screen recordings or on-camera shots. Clean, modern graphics with smooth transitions are a must. Text overlays should appear at key moments to reinforce the spoken instructions and keep viewers engaged. No character rigs or complex infographics are necessary—clarity and flow take priority.
Deliverables
• One finished tutorial video (1920×1080, H.264 MP4)
• Source project files so I can make minor edits later (After Effects, Premiere, or another mainstream editor)
• A short version exported for social media (under 60 s)
Acceptance Criteria
• Animation stays perfectly in sync with my supplied voice-over.
• Text overlays use my brand font and colours, remaining legible on both desktop and mobile screens.
• Final file passes a quick quality review on YouTube and Instagram without artefacts or audio glitches.
