I have a knowledge-focused tutorial that needs to be turned into a polished, animated explainer. The goal is to guide viewers through the concepts visually rather than relying on live footage, so smooth motion graphics, clear iconography, and concise on-screen text are essential.

You will receive the video , and a rough voice-over track. From there I need you to:

• Create a compelling storyboard that matches the narration
• Design clean, engaging animations (After Effects or similar) that reinforce each teaching point
• Edit everything into a seamless 1080p video, balancing pacing so the visuals keep up with the voice-over without feeling rushed
• Deliver both the finished MP4 and the layered project files for any future tweaks
